We grow socially only when we grow politically.
Rushing to visit someone the moment you learn they are in trouble, attending meetings regularly, meeting at least one community member every day, sharing their stories with the group, congratulating those in our families who have excelled in education or careers, and informing group members about their achievements — providing financial assistance to those who are economically disadvantaged — this is the work we do.
By personally meeting our family members and explaining that our future lies in political empowerment and that social recognition comes only through political growth, Sistakaranam Foundation has covered every town from Srikakulam to Chittoor.
The Foundation has never undertaken any programme seeking recognition or praise from others. Yet, those who have never stepped outside their own doorstep offer advice and deliver grand lectures — but when invited to a meeting, they cannot come.
Those who cannot attend Sangham meetings have no moral authority to speak about the community's progress.
Similarly, one must protect one's own honour oneself — there is no need to go to others asking them to protect it for you. In today's society, no one is in a position to simply follow what someone else says.
Therefore, instead of just posting messages on WhatsApp, please be physically present and engaged with your local Sanghams.
Many great souls who are working for the community's progress have even set aside their own families to serve the Sanghams. Praise them, walk in their path — not with hollow flattery on WhatsApp that achieves nothing.
To win a war, you must fight the war itself.
For unity to come among us, it must begin from within us.
Sistakaranam Foundation follows this very principle — in thought, word, and deed. Having completed six successful years, we now step into our seventh year.

రాజకీయంగా ఎదిగితేనే సామాజికంగా ఎదుగుతాం
ఒకరికి కష్టం ఉంది అని తెలిసిన వెంటనే వెళ్లి పరామర్శించడం, మీటింగులకు అటెండ్ అవ్వడం, ప్రతిరోజు ఎవర్నో ఒకరిని కలవడం వారి గురించి నువ్వు వివరాలను గ్రూప్ సభ్యులకు తెలియపరచడం, మన కుటుంబంలో విద్య ఉద్యోగ క్రియలలో ఉత్తమ ప్రతిభ కనబరిచిన వారిని అభినందించడం వారి గురించి వివరాలను గ్రూప్ సభ్యులకు తెలియజేయడం.
ఆర్థికంగా వెనుకబడిన వారికి ఆర్దిక సహాయం చేయడం.
ఈ విధంగా ప్రత్యక్షంగా మన కుటుంబ సభ్యులు అందర్నీ కలుస్తూ మనం రాజకీయంగా ఎదుగుతేనే మనకు భవిష్యత్తు ఉంటుంది అలాగే సామాజికంగా గుర్తింపు ఉంటుంది అని వివరించుకుంటూ శ్రీకాకుళం నుండి చిత్తూరు వరకు ఉన్న అన్ని ఊర్లను కవర్ చేసిన శిష్టకరణం ఫౌండేషన్ ఎవరో గుర్తిస్తారని ఎవరో పొగుడుతారని ఏ కార్యక్రమం చేయలేదు, కానీ ఇంటి గుమ్మం కూడా దాటినవారు హితోపదేశాలు చేస్తారు, పెద్ద పెద్ద లెక్చర్లు ఇస్తారు మీటింగ్ కు రమ్మంటే మాత్రం రాలేరు.
సంఘం మీటింగ్లకు రాలేని వారు సంఘ అభ్యున్నతి కోసం మాట్లాడే నైతికత లేదు.
అదేవిధంగా నా పాతివృత్యాన్ని నేనే కాపాడుకోవాలి కానీ నా పాతివృత్యాన్ని మీరు కాపాడుతారా మీరు కాపాడుతారా అని ఎవరి దగ్గరికి వెళ్ళనవసరం లేదు.
ఎవరో చెబితే వినే స్థితిలో ప్రస్తుత సమాజంలో ఏ ఒక్కరూ లేరు.....
కావున దయచేసి వాట్సాప్ లో మెసేజ్లు పెట్టడం కాకుండా ప్రత్యక్షంగా సంఘాలతో మమేకమై ఉండండి.
సంఘ పురోభివృద్ధికి కృషి చేస్తున్న ఎందరో మహానుభావులు తమ కుటుంబాలను కూడా విడిచిపెట్టి సంఘాల కోసం పనిచేస్తున్నారు. వారిని కీర్తించండి వారి మార్గంలో పయనించండి, అంతేగాని వాట్సాప్ లలో ఆహా ఓహో మీరంత వాళ్ళు మీరంతా వాళ్ళు... అని బట్రాజు పొగడ్తలు పొగడ్డం వలన ఏ లాభము లేదు ఇది గ్రహించండి.
యుద్ధంలో గెలవాలంటే యుద్ధమే చేయాలి
అలాగే మనలో ఐక్యత రావాలంటే మననుండే ప్రారంభం కావాలి
శిష్టకరణం ఫౌండేషన్ మనసా వాచా కర్మేనా ఇదే సూక్తిని పాటిస్తుంది ఆరు సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తి చేసుకుని ఏడవ వసంతంలోకి అడుగుపెడుతుంది.
